With a Moodmixer™-System PWsoft enables you to run an internet radio or automated broad(micro)cast with low costs and minimal operating expense.Moodmixer-Systems consist of different modules, depending on the use of the modules you can automated the playlist generation and music distribution and save up to 80% administrational time.

There are three modules:

1) Moodmixer™-Channelmanager: The channelmanager is a software to administrate different channels and programs as well as title pools. It's an offline software to collect tracks for a title pool, add ratings and set controls for the playlist generation. These settings and song pool information will be sent to the Moodmixer-web service for playlist generation, used with the Moodmixer-Player or to produce playlists with a up to 9999 entries in the software itself Moodmixer™-Channelmanager can also be used to schedule single audio events or playlists for specific dates, when used with the webservice.

2) Moodmixer™-Webservices: Database and playlist generator which automatically generates playlists on demand from the settings and ratings you have uploaded. An online interface gives you all information about the running programmes and informes you about each channel's status. Via The online interface you can also stop or start your Moodmixer-Player

3) Moodmixer™-Player: An Mp3-playout software which asks the web service or a playlist settingsfile from Moodmixer™-Channelmanager in regular intervals for new playlist information, if you have hand over Cue points and an average cross fading time it will calculate the best crossfade between songs as well. The playout system also logs back all played songs to prevent repetition. An autostart manager which can be adressed via internet website, watches over the system and can also connect other applications such as encoders to be restarted on reboot.

Unlike other scheduling systems based on filter and clocks with individual music events, which produce a very "static" programme, within the Moodmixer™-System/ Channelmanager the overall "sound" and the general distribution of criteria, music properties or characteristics within a preselected song pool are being defined.

By rating single tracks, music styles or artists or other criterian, the relative play frequency will be calculated within which a song is allowed to occur. The best distribution will be calculated by the system itself.

As result a broadcast generated by the the Moodmixer™-System provides

• highest variation for weeks without "felt" rotation
• no empty music slots because of too narrow ruling
• no static rotation values - thus no "stepping" of songs
• no complex rules that make it difficult to find out why certain songs are not being played
