zone alarm

I can use my keyboard when I work on my son's computer remotely. Not when I
work on my mother's. She is using zonealarm and spysweeper.

I can't get on my mother's computer at all unless she turns off zonealarm. I
can't fix it because it doens't appear that Zonealarm has a config screen
outside of the open application --- which knocks me off.
