xp start menu

can someone help pls? when using win 98 I could call up
the task bar and settings menu ,click on advanced,click on
programs and then create new folders to group programs
together (e.g. utilitys) so making the list shorter. I
cant seem able to do this in xp pro as it doesnt display
all my programs when i do the advanced etc bit.

Right click the Start button, select Explore and/or Explore All Users
