Increase the MAX TEMP Variable

Make sure the TEMP and TMP folders exists

Right-click on My Computer and select Properties.
Select the Advanced tab.
Select the Environment Variables button.
Check the location of TEMP & TMP (usually c:\temp, or c:\windows\temp )
Make sure the setting exists, first of all, then check that there is such a
location on your hard drive. Check these folders and delete the temp files.
