Please can anybody assist in an ongoing problem which is
my laptop (new packard bell) does not respond to a.o.l
through my bt voyager modem except by unpluggingg the
blue dsl cable so the modem resets tried new modem latest
patches for voyager and i still have to un-plug blue
cable in order to connect to my aol service PLEASE ASSIST
have asked all EXPERTS..... AT aol
