Go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control panel.
Double click Trend and follow prompts to remove.
If there is not an entry, contact the manufacturer for uninstall
information.

Since this is a corporate antivirus product, it will ask you for a password
when you try to uninstall it. Ask the network administrator what the
password is and you will be able to remove it in add/remove programs.
