I've been trying to burn pictures that are in folders to a cd but having
no luck. I keep getting the message that windows has encountered and
error. What should I do?

Try a different CD-R if the error has come many times from trying just one
blank CD-R. Or try cleaning your CD drive and repeat attempting to burn the
files. Have you burned CDs on this drive before?

Thanks Craig for your reply. I have not burned any other cd's on this
laptop. I just recv'd it for Christmas. I tried several cd-r's and
cd-rw's, with no luck. Any other suggestions?
