adding start up? - How do I add a program to start up with windows? I want my DSL and my ZoneAlarm to startup when turning on my computer. I tried adding shortcuts to my start up file but when I did that it doesn't start the programs until a few mins after windows is..

Every time i start the computer i get a system32 screen
as a part of the start up routine (only me as the
administrator). Can someone tell me how to set the
computer so that i do not see this?

have you just installed a new hard drive that was from a windows 9x pc?

not exactly....i have a new dell that i needed to reload
windows xp and the system32 screen showed up as a part of
the reinstall.
