how do I get the switch between icon to show on my taskbar?

When I first started using windows vista business I had a icon on my taskbar
that activated the alt+tab key function of switching between windows.
Somewhere along the line it has disappeared and i would like to know how to
get it back.

If someone could please let me know, I would be really grateful.

This will show you how to create a new Switch Between Windows (Flip 3D)
shortcut and how to add it back to Quick Launch.
