You have "desktop.ini" in one of your startup folders. Right-click Start,
and choose "Explore All Users". Navigate to Programs \ Startup. Look for a
desktop.ini file in here; if you don't see it, go to Tools\Folder
Options\View tab and check "Show hidden files and folders".
If you still don't see it, right-click Start, and choose "Explorer". Follow
the same procedure above.
