Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>customize (more info?)

since we changed to a new account I cannot get my web
page to stay full size. it appears minimized and buried
into the top of the screen. we had to remove the bar with
the time, etc., across the top of the screen to be able
to drag down the web page to maximize it every time I log
on. I cannot seem to find a way to change it back to full
sreen.

When you get the web page in view, *do not* use the Maximize button. Grab
the corners with the cursor and drag the window to full size. I don't know
what OS you're using, so hold down the Ctrl key and close the program. When
you re-open, Windows should have "remembered" the last size used.

Stupid me. Of course you're using XP. Forget the Ctrl button. Just close the
program.
