Post subject: shortcut arrows

I would like to remove the shortcut arrows off my desktop,as I know that
they are shortcuts already! How does one do this?

Hi Carl,

Under Tweakui, navigate to Explorer > Shortcut and select 'none'. This will remove the overlay icon.

customize shortcut menus - How do I customize shortcut menus? For example, if I right click on a file in windows explorer, many commands that I don't want appear in the list. I would like to be able to remove these.

Shortcut properties displayed - Many of the icons within my folders (not desktop), have the properties displayed under it. It reads: "Shortcut 1kb". This is greyed out but annoying. How can I disable that from appearing?
