my screen saver stop working

my screen saver is not working anymore. i can still set the screen saver
although the elapse time is "blurred". i am not using wireless mouse. it used
to work but it just stop working. i tried changing the regedit but still the
problem not solved.

I don't quite understand the problem.
Does this affect all on only one screensaver?
Can you not change the time before the screen saver starts?
