When i delete a file the estimated time window never closes - ok my operating system is windows vista home premium , when ever i delete a pic... ect.. ect... it moves it to the recycling bin fine but the estimated time window stays open i have to open task manager and hit end process to get it to..

Hello Everyone,
Each time I turn the computer back on from sleep mode, screen blinks
2-3 times , goes black for a second, then come on. Any reason ?
