Post subject: No "safe to remove Hardware" Prompt

When I left click on the USB tool bar icon (Bottom Right) it gives me the
Safely remove USB Mass Storage Device option, then I click on the drive I am
going to remove and I can hear the audio tone but I no longer get the Safe to
Remove prompt I used to get.
