Hi;
I ran into some trouble recently and installed some malware
mistakenly. I have a Dell dimension 3000, and I have windows xp 95
running. I would like to restore to a day when my computer was
connected to Dell technicians, who reset it and restored it to good
functioning. the day was January 13 of this year.
Can I just go back to that day and eliminate any changes
subsequent? Is that possible?
Please Advise. And thank you.

You will need to disinfect your machine...
performing a system restore will probably not rid your machine of the
malware.

Once the machine is cleaned...if some system files were damaged...
then run your system restore.
