When i delete a file the estimated time window never closes - ok my operating system is windows vista home premium , when ever i delete a pic... ect.. ect... it moves it to the recycling bin fine but the estimated time window stays open i have to open task manager and hit end process to get it to..

I was doing chkdsk and after stage 1 of 5 (file verification) was
completed, one of the reports was "105 reparse records processed. "
What is that ?

Unless you're an advanced user, I'd leave reparsed points (records)
alone. There's really no need to interact with them, the OS takes care
of this.
