Hi, I am in the process of formatting and cleaning a customer's computer.
They had windows XP Home (SP2) installed, but the system was trashed (XP Home
would not start up). They had me put windows XP Professional on there fresh
(without formatting). However, I can't access the old XP Home user File in
Documents and Settings in order to clean out the rest of his files. CAn
anyone explain to me how to get to those files? (I get 'Access Denied' when
I try to access the folder).
