Post subject: does real player have playback speed control?
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>video (more info?)

I am using realplayer 10.5 free basic version, I believe.

Does it have a playback speed control?

My friend has a 10.5 or 10.6 Real Player Plus, but I still did not see a
playback speed control on his PC?

I want to play back some lecture in x1.8 or x2 speed so it won't be
boring...

Can anybody help?

------------------

If Real Player cannot do the job, is there a free batch converting tool that
can help me convert the RM files into WMV so I can play back using speed
control?

-----------------

I still hope I can find the speed control within RMPLAYER, for the sake of
online videos, because for online RM lectures, it will be very tedious if I
have to download all lectures and convert them into WMV...

Thanks a lot!
