| hi does anyone know how i can change my privileges, when i install some
programs, it tells me i have insufficient privileges.

Presumably it's talking about administrator privileges. Try right-clicking
the executable file and choosing "Run As" |

Make sure you are logged on as local administrator. You can use the command
net localgroup administrators to see what users are included in the local
administrators group. Enter cmd in the run box and hot OK if you are not
sure how to open a command window.
