I recieved a message from a troubleshootig site that reads ,the printer
driver is not compatible with a policy enabled on your computer that blocks
windows nt4.0 or windows kernel-mode drivers. I have tried to reinstall my
printer but nothing seems to print ,I tried the printer on a lap top pc and
it worked fine.Any suggestions would be greatly apprecated. Thanks.

What is the print driver name? Is this the most current driver available
from the vendor? How is the printer connected to the machine that will not
print (what type of cable).
