Can anyone tell me if i am able to show published dvd which i have made on my
movie maker on my television through a dvd recorder as at the moment it does
not appear to be working. Thanks

Check to make sure your dvd player supports it. Some don't. I suggest
using DivX.

My experience yesterday - I have an old JVC dvd player that only supports
CD-R, but to my surprise it can play a WMM -published movie on a Sony DVD-R
as well! So you may try a Sony DVD-R for your problem, it often depends on
the CD or DVD brand.
