I need to down size pictures to send to another website. How can this be done
with Vista, with XP it was real easy.

Photo Gallery does it automatically for email posting.

I cannot down size photos either. Apparantly McAfee (my security) isn't
compatable with windows mail so the automatic downsizing through windows mail
with Vista doesn't work for me. I would like to email photos from my
computer w/out using Kodak or one of the other sharing sites.

Sizing home - My Home Page for Internet Explorer and Netscape as well as many Microsoft web pages occupies only part of the monitor screen - there is a large white space on the right side. How can I get the pages to fill the screen?

No Picture in Start menu - In my user account, when I change my picture, it says the change will be made to the welcome screen. If I go to change my account name, it says the change will be made to the welcome screen AND the start menu. How can I get a picture on my start menu?

Picture emailing problem - I have a new laptop but can't figure out what I need to do to get pics to email. Pics are downloaded to My Pics and email configuration set for Outlook. When I press to send pic as email, it gives option of downsizing which I select but then pic is..
