My pic at the Start menu gone!! How to get it back?

I am not sure what I have done but the little picture at the top of the
"Start" menu is gone, leaving just my logon name. I have mucked around
with all the options and setting in the "Users" under the control panel but
did not get my anywhere. Could someone help me out here pls? : ) Thx.

Hi,
I think you switched off the welcome screen and thats why the picture is
gone. The picture is not available on the start menu if you do not use the
welcome screen.
