Dear all,

I have LAN with domain environment. All my PCs except my server win 2003
server are win xp sp2. I want to know when one user is taking my PC (both are
xp) in remote desktop, my PC is getting locked so that user can do whatever
he needs. But is it possible in XP to work interactively or to work with
seperate session without getting locked when pc is taken in remote??

Also, i would like to know that in workgroup environment, can we take one xp
pc in remote thru another xp pc. It was failed but working fine in domain
environment.

Thanks in advance.

Regards
Chandra

Dear sir,

It is not possible in win Xp to work interactively / simultantaously
with OS.
U hav to use VNC viewer third party software for that but u can only
simultaneously see what remote person is doing.

if some is PC is failed to start remote session then check following:-

1. which PC we want to access has a login password.password should
require.
2. in System property remote desktop is enabled.

best of luck...
