Hello,

I have a USB flash driver.
Can I have a password protect the folder on the USB flash driver?
I will use this USB flash driver for my work and home. (xp pro w/domain and
xp home)

or any 3rd party software?

You can use an encryption software or Password software, it depend on what
kind/make of USB Flash driver you have, did you check on the USB Manufacturer
site might have an utility.
