Select the "Start Menu" tab
Click "Start menu", and click "Customize"
In the General tab, under section "E-mail:", choose your mail client
Click OK, OK to close the dialog.

Shams,

Open Regedit.exe and navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Clients\Mail
-and-
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Clients\Mail

Export both the keys above to separate files (.reg) and post the contents of the files here.

Shams,

>> In there, the E-mail is set to Microsoft Office Outlook.

Select a different client in that screen, and click OK. Repeat the steps and this time, set Outlook as the default client. That ought to fix the problem.

If not, post the registry export per my previous post.

Ramesh,

No it didn't work. But when I try to send a link by Mozilla, it works
perfectly by openning the link into my Outlook. If nothing else can be done,
I will try to send you the registry keys.

You can edit the files using Notepad, select all / copy the contents and paste it in your reply. Alternately, you can email it to me directly (drop the string XOX. from my email id.)
