How can I make a scene selection?

Hello, firstly, I'm quite new, so please don't flame/insult etc.

I want to add a scene selection to my movie (Windows movie maker - Vista) so
I can publish it for a family movie. Is it possible to do so? And if so, how?

I'm really struggling here, so all thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Scene selection in a DVD like menu is done in DVD making software, not movie
making software.
