Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>music_pictures_video (more info?)

I burned CD in Audio CD format out of a collection of MP3 musics. I
reviewed the Audio CD so burned and I noticed that file names are
changed to Track01.cda, Track02.cda,... from the original files
names(being music titles) of MP3 musics.

How can I make the file names to be the same as the original file name
for MP3? My car stereo appears unable to read the tag and can only
displays the file names.

Windows doesn't support burning/reading CDText, which is the technology that
you're asking about. You could achieve your goal by using a third party
burning application that does support CDText, such as Roxio or Nero.
