I have made a shortcut on my desktop and i would like to put a personal icon
on it
When a click properties and click change icon and then go to my pictures,
the picture I want to make an icon does not appear.
is there a way to do this ?

You need to convert the picture to an .ico file (icon file).
As well as being a great picture viewer this free program will convert a
picture to .ico format if you don't have one already.
