Post subject: Can't load Canon F80
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>general (more info?)

I have had trouble installing the software driver for a Canon F 80
Multifunction Printer.

Canon was nice enough to send me a new copy of the software and still no luck.

I can find it in the Device List but with a yellow symbol.

I have removed it and attempted to reinstall no luck.

It attempts to load but stops saying it cannot locate the driver software.

I did see some discussion that SP 2 could be causing a problem preventing it
from loading.

Respectfully,
Bill Dickerson
