Do you have a pop-up stopping application installed? Norton Internet
Security contains such a feature as well. If you have such a program, try
disabling the feature or application and see if the messages open.

Agree. This worked for me, but don't know if Jeremy's prob is exactly like
mine was.
use of Windows Live Messenger 8.1 issues - I have sent some test emails to other email accounts and I do not get the messages. I do not see any error stating the standard "mail is undeliverable". I have POP on checked in profile. Thanks for help!
