Hello Ophelia,

As always, you should make sure that you have got a working system restore
point, before you run any test, download or install a new game, application,
or software update, you make changes to your computer

Go for scans in safe mode with CCleaner

CCleaner v2.09.600
<http://www.ccleaner.com/>

Note, uncheck Yahoos toolbar during install.

In the Utilities category, uncheck WindowsDefender. Having this checked
removes the history of when the last scan was run.

On the left side, click on the Contentes menu for more information.

I hope this post is helpful.

Let us know how it works Âșut
