Post subject: full disk

my disk is full. i only have 423mb if free space, i do have a lot of music
and videos, but not enough to fill up my hard disk. i have tried everything,
deleting temp files, but it's still full. are there hidden files somewhere in
the drive. i also do a lot of video streaming, not sure if that has anything
to do with it. please help! thanks

If your disk still contains too much information after running the Disk
Cleanup Tool, I suggest that you add either a second hard drive in your
computer or an external USB hard drive. Then move your large folders to the
new hard drive. Open My Computer, right click on each folder and choose
Properties. If the contents is large, move it to the new drive.
