Hi, I have xp and my internet provider is comcast. I cannot connect to the
internet. "cannot find service provider."

Hi, Raymond - Unfortunately, this is not nearly enough information for
us to give you focused troubleshooting. Please go to these links and see

In the meantime, unplug the cable modem and wait 30 seconds, then plug
it in again. Now try. If you've already done this to no avail, then

I would also reboot the computer at the same time so that everything is
refreshed.
