external hard drive

i want to know if it is possible for my external hard drive to work as one
with the internal? the problem im having is my internal hard drive is almost
full and im not alloed to do some things. i dont know if there is a way to
set this up. im using windows xp and a seagate external. HELP

If you are not allowed to do some things then you need to contact the
administrator of your sys
