Post subject: error message when trying to correct printer
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>networking_sharing (more info?)

Can anyone tell me how I can connect a network printer to a Vista laptop, no
matter which way I go it always falls at the end with the following error
message.

[Window Title]
Connect to Printer

[Main Instruction]
Windows cannot connect to the printer. Operation could not be completed
(error 0x0000046a).

If you have problem to access a remote computer, net view may tell a system
error. from the system errors, we may know what's the problem. Or this
search result may help.

Error Message - Recently I have noticed an error message when starting my computer. The message says "MSSvc.EXE has encounter and error and must close" What is this and how can it be corrected? What impact is it having on my computer?
