error help

here recently i have been get errors coming on to my desktop after i have
restarted the computer (error with microsoft windows) the error report looks
like this:
c:\DOCUME~1\Stephen\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERad5f.dir00\Mini100806-13.dmp
c:\DOCUME~1\Stephen\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERad5f.dir00\sysdata.xml
i need help to fix the problem if you need any more information i will provide

Turn off automatic reboot.
When XP crashes, write down the error code and all of its parameters.
Then, perhaps someone could help you determine what problem caused the
system to write a minidump and the sysdata.xml file.
