Are you using Windows Media Player to play DVD? If so, then this is a known
issue in Windows XP SP2. You can download Video Codecs to play DVD in WMP
from
www.microsoft.com or you can install third party software to play DVD
video.
PowerDVD is one of them. Download location:
http://www.cyberlink.com/multi/download/trials_1_ENU.html, Mostly comes free
with Nero Express CD.
or
http://www.cliprex.com/
Hope this help and let us know!
