I deleted rundll.32.exe and apparently several other files that are useful to
me by accident when trying to get rid of a "superiorads" pop up program that
had attached it's self to my computer. Please help!

You most likely have to reinstall Windows. Do you know exactly what are
the "several other files that are useful"?

"How to perform an in-place upgrade (reinstallation) of Windows XP"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315341

"How to Perform a Windows XP Repair Install"
http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm

"PC World: How to Reinstall Windows XP"
http://www.pcworld.com/article/id,129977/article.html

Do not try to remove adware or other infections on your own. You won't
be successful and you'll probably cripple your operating system.

rundll32.exe is a protected file, and Windows File Protection should have
replaced it when you attempted to delete it. The file name you typed
(rundll.32.exe) is not a Windows file, and it may be a sign that you still
have a trojan/virus on your system. I would suggest that you thoroughly scan
your system for these problems before you do anything else.

If you are certain that you have removed all trojans/viruses, you should
still have a copy of rundll32.exe on your system. It would reside in the
windows\system32\dllcache folder, or in compressed form in the windows\i386
folder.
