change boot drive letter

Hi people......Could I have help with this please. I have had to reinstall
xp pro because of a virus attack.
The result was it changed my boot drive letter to D from C and I wonder if
it would be safe to change it back with no bad effects.

No.

Format and install it properly. It sounds like you may have made a mistake
in the process originally - although you have not told us what that process
was. Wink
