I am having trouble opening some files from a web page. I have downloaded
the file but my viewer is Kodak Easy Share instead of Windows Fax Viewer or
something like that. Does any one have any help to get the document viewer
back to the default. Thanks.

1. Start > Run > Copy/Paste the following > Click OK :
regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll

2. Right click the File > Open With.. > Choose Program
Select "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" and tick the check box "Always use ... "
and click OK

3. Control Panel > Folder Options > File Types tab
Highlight the extension of file > If there is a "Restore" button, click it. If
not, click "Advanced" button.
Highlight open > Edit > Copy/Paste the following in "Application used to perform
.... " :
rundll32.exe shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen %1
Click OK > Click OK again > Click Close button

Right-click on the file, chose Open With...., select what application to be
associated with opening file, and make sure that the Always use... is
checked.
