I cannot connect to other peoples PCs (to help them out) anymore.

I did that long complicated command to remove messenger a while back and
conclude that this was the root of the trouble.

I have since reinstalled messenger, and recently put on the latest version
(that annoyingly means two messengers running - except the old one is caught
by the firewall when it tries to connect) - Just to say if both are allowed
network access in the firewall, they tend to battle when logging on; one
logs on first and then the other logs the first one off!

Can I re-enable Remote Desktop, or is there a third party utility that has
the ability to connect to another persons Remote Desktop.
