boot problem with Media center

When I boot my computer, it goes through post and all the way to loading your
personal settings. I then goes directly to saving your personal savings and
shuts down only to repeat this over and over. It has not run correctly since
it was built. I've run a few command prompt utilities with no prevail.

Have you tried booting to Safe Mode?

You say this has happened "since it was built", if you did not build it
yourself, I would return the system to have it fixed or get a replacement.
