Can anyone help me in simple terms on what to do. I tried backing up on the
system and it gave me an error message “the shadow copy provider had an
unexpected error while trying to process the specified operation 0x8004230f"
it continued to give me the same message when I tried backing up on the
separate hard drive backup and I then deleted the recycle bin instead of
emptying it so tried to restore the system only to get the same error message
text and no! I now need to know how to backup my files, restore the recycle
bin to my desktop and not get these messages.

Thank you
