I'm sorry to hear this, it sounds like you are having a rough time. It
will be ok though. Everything will work itself out soon enough.
This link will show you how to use the Dell Recovery DVD to restore
back to factory settings (Clean install). You will just need to boot
from the Dell Vista Recovery DVD or partition. This will help you with
the rest.
