Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>general (more info?)

When I try to add sites to the trusted sites in Internet Options, a
message is displayed that "sites added to this zone must use the https://
prefix." But adding the prefix produces the same result. Is there a
way to correct this.

Never mind. I just realized that I hadn't been adding the "s" to the
http. It works now that I have actually followed the instruction.
