Post subject: XP deletes outlook account when using fast user switching
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>customize (more info?)

I have just ran into a serious problem with fast user
switching. I have created two different accounts on my XP
Professional machine. The two different users both use
outlook 2002 with two different e-mail accounts.
Everything was working fine for about a week. Then, when
switching between the two, the newly created second
account has all of the sudden completely forgotten it's
outlook set up. It no longer has an account at all and
starts to run through the set up wizard when trying to
access it. All XP updates and Office updates are current.

P4 2.6Gig 800Mhz FSB, 512MB DDR PC2700 RAM, 80Gig HD, XP
Professional, Office XP Standard

Any ideas?
