Does WinXPpro require a lic for terminal server or is it
like w2k and has the lic included in the OS?

XP Pro is like Windows 2000 Pro for the purposes of licensing of NT4 and
Windows 2000-based Terminal Servers.

Windows Server 2003 has different licensing, and I believe this does not
apply.
