Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>help_and_support (more info?)

I am new to this forum resource and already excited about the possibilities.
I have a User Account problem and frankly, don't know how to post it to the
general forum community for assist. PROBLEM: My original User account on
this machine ONLY, has a problem with the MSN embedded file somewhere within
XP that links me to the MSN server when I sign in to my email account. MSN
suppoert team is useless. After much time running me through their scripts,
they tell me it is a windows problem. I finally gave up and created a new
User account and wish to transfer User account info i.e., ICONs and
application links to the new profile before I delete the old profile. Is
this possible? If so, tell me how.
